Replacement Parts, Controls and Equipment
Call our Customer Service department at 1-800-255-5766 to aid in selecting correct parts, control, or equipment. Customer Service will need the serial number for your bath, which can be located on the sticker on the underside of the bath shell above the equipment, or on your bath's owner's manual. After identifying your part, you can always order from your local Jason showroom, which can be found through the "Find a Showroom" link at the top of the page. In some cases Customer Service may be able to provide you a link for online purchase of the identified part. All parts are tested before they leave our facility. Jason is not responsible for any cost incurred on the repair of non-warranty baths.
